Job Responsibilities

Prepare all necessary documents and information to finished goods store for timely shipment of goods to correct destination.

Arrange and pack required enclosures (e.g. certificate of conformance, travelers) to be sent for shipment.

Constant monitoring and follow up of work in progress and expedite to ensure on time delivery.  Report any possible or potential delays to superior and customer

Generate timely and accurate reports to customers.

Prepare specific production schedule to assembly / test by package and by customer.

Ensure proper handling of rework material and wafer to be returned to customers upon request. Arrange weekly return of empty wafer container per agreed schedule and communicate with customer on the shipping info.

Ensure and arrange "drop shipment" to correct destination assigned by customers on a timely manner.

Participate actively on improvement project cycle time and on time delivery.

Monitor and updating data entry on computer/ material issue.

To response to customers queries/ message in planners' absence as best in their capacity, with notification to manage, if necessary.

11     Quality Accountability:

i)    Comply with standard operating procedure and specifications.

ii)  Highlight / escalate / abnormality / mistakes to superior / peers.

Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
