Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring the NPI yield with different products in the backend process.
  • Responsibility all the backend NPI product for the CTQ (Critical to quality) data collection.
  • RCA report on all the defects on the new product in MS, QS & LVM and present needed in phase gate review.
  • Process flow, phase review approval on new product before entering LVM /HVM (low volume manufacturing /high volume manufacturing).
  • Hybrid Qual checklist for critical products.
  • Lead quality issue on NPI product with EE, APE & MFG team.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Min Bachelor or higher Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, & etc.)
  • Min 3 years of working experience for NPI Coordinator / Process.
  • Experience in product phase gate review, known well to review product of drawing.
  • Well understand the yield analysis and coordinator the team for the new product yield improvement.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with a cross functional team.

PREFERRED:

  • Program management skills are in advance.
  • Good presentation and good reporting skills.
  • Knowledge in Semiconductor assembly backend processes are in advance.
  • Experience in automotive product audit will be in advance.

SKILLS:

  • Good in reporting (RCA / A3 / OPL).
  • Strong Problem-solving skills and good Root Cause Analysis/Finding using 5M + 1E, 5 whys, DMAIC, 8D approach/methodology.
  • Familiarize with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), 8D Problem Solving, 6 Sigma certification, Minitab, JMP.
  • Good project planning, strong sense of quality and urgency.
