Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. As a Consultant Takaful Advisor, you will engage with clients, understand their protection and financial needs, provide suitable Takaful solutions, and guide them in achieving long-term financial security. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sales consultations, offering expert financial advice, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and consulting practices focused on delivering tailored financial and Takaful solutions
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster trust and positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information and advice
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and commitment to achieving individual and team targets
  • Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
  • Certificate or diploma in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
