This full-time Marketing Executive role offers a wonderful opportunity to join the friendly and passionate marketing team at KL Fertility & Gynaecology Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key role in bringing the centre's vision and mission to life and support more families on their journey towards parenthood.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Create engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
  • Assist with the organisation of events and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in Marketing / Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or digital marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or professional services industry. Experience in the fertility healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional spoken languages would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools and other Microsoft programmes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Enjoy talking to patients and possess a professional attitude are essential to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Team player, pleasant and willing to learn.
  • Friendly and calm in responding to patients' questions, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
