Distribution Planner

The Distribution Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the distribution of products from warehouses or manufacturing sites to customers, distribution centers, or retail locations. The role ensures that products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively while maintaining optimal inventory levels and meeting service-level targets.

• Develop and execute daily distribution plans to meet customer demand and service levels.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to ensure stock availability and minimize excess.
• Coordinate with shipping teams and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Analyze demand forecasts and align distribution plans accordingly.
• Maintain and update accurate master data in SAP and planning systems.
• Identify and resolve potential supply or distribution bottlenecks.
• Manage exceptions and communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding potential delays or shortages.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in distribution, supply planning, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Experience in ERP or planning systems (SAP ECC & APO, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent and strong communication and writing in English.
• Familiarity with SAP EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management) is an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
