Job Descriptions

  • Assist the account & finance team in daily tasks and routines.
  • Participate in basic bookkeeping activities and reconciliations
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Provide general support to the account team.
  • Conducting data entry using accounting software.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by superior or HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer use and documentation.
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Capability to read, write or speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee upon good internship performance (for final year students)

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
