Our client is a global leader in clinical research solutions and they are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Manager to be based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and implement clinical trial protocols that meet scientific and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of assigned clinical trials, ensuring compliance with global regulations, company policies, and quality benchmarks.
  • Track study progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines and deliverables.
  • Review and analyze trial data to identify patterns, generate insights, and recommend strategies for improving study outcomes and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support successful trial execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical trial management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial software and data management tools is a plus.
