Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Architect / LAM Part II Architect to join our team.

The role involves managing design, technical documentation, and project delivery, while coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors. You will lead design efforts, attend site meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, while still producing drawings and coordinating effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design development, technical documentation, and project delivery
  • Liaise and attend meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors
  • Handle authority submissions and compliance matters
  • Conduct site inspections and site meetings to ensure construction aligns with design intent
  • Produce accurate drawings and coordinate with internal team members
  • Stay updated with new design trends and construction technologies

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent (recognized by LAM Part II)
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in architectural design related field.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
  • Advantageous: Revit (BIM) or advanced 3D modeling skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors
