What you'll be doing

  2. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the food and beverages
  3. Take orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen
  4. Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely and courteous manner
  5. Ensure tables are clean, set up, and well-stocked with necessary items
  6. Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
  7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  8. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
