About the Role

We are seeking a versatile
Full Stack Software Developer
with strong expertise in
React
and
Python
to join our team supporting a leading client in the
financial services industry
. This is a
client-facing role
, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the
Europe region
, driving innovation and delivering high-quality digital solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing cloud-enabled applications, bridging both frontend and backend, and ensuring scalability, security, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using
    React (frontend)
    and
    Python (backend)
    .
  • Engage directly with
    business stakeholders and users in Europe
    , gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and aligning deliverables.
  • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on
    cloud platforms
    (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Participate in system architecture discussions, contributing to technical design and best practices.
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, UX, and client teams.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise performance, and ensure high application reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years
    of experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React
    (hooks, state management, component architecture).
  • Hands-on experience with Python
    (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent).
  • Experience developing and integrating
    RESTful APIs
    and working with relational / NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to the
    financial services
    or
    banking/insurance
    domain is an advantage.
  • Experience with
    cloud technologies
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containers (Docker), and agile development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
  • Experience working in
    regional or global environments
    preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Full-stack breadth beyond React & Python (e.g., , TypeScript, microservices).
  • Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
