Your Roles include :

  • Supervise and guide daily kiosk operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service.
  • Preparing coffee and drinks
  • Proper handling of coffee equipments
  • Greet customers, take orders and be attentive.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of coffee and menu items
  • Ensure the kiosk is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked for service.
  • Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Manage and train kiosk staff to ensure they perform their duties according to company standards.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and addressing issues.
  • Provide excellent and personalized customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Promote upsell techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Process the payroll for the Manager.
  • Prepare the petty cash claim for the Manager to submit to the Finance Department.
  • Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and ensure necessary supplies are always available.
  • Address issues like inventory shrinkage and food wastage.

You Need to :

  • Have minimum SPM education level
  • Advantageous to have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/barista and similar capacity.
  • Be able to converse in English. Chinese is a plus.
  • Be friendly and fun.
  • Be a team-player, positive and willing-learner
  • Be punctual and responsible
  • Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
