What Are Your Responsibilities?

  1. Retail Sales of Mobile Phones thru various platforms (Walk-In, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Live etc)

    (Jualan Telefon Bimbit melalui penggunaan pelbagai platform (seperti TikTok Live, Facebook Marketplace))
  2. Provide comprehensive training to new Sales Advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company SOPs

    (Menyediakan latihan komprehensif kepada Sales Advisor baharu mengenai pengetahuan produk, teknik jualan, dan SOP syarikat.)
  3. Ensure all daily operations (opening, closing, stock checks, etc) run smoothly and comply with company SOPs.

    (Memastikan semua operasi harian (pembukaan, penutupan, Stock Check) berjalan lancar dan mematuhi SOP syarikat.)
  4. Drive team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships to build a base of returning customers.

    (Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang dan membina hubungan jangka panjang bagi mendapatkan pelanggan yang berulang.)
  5. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets to achieve greater incentives.

    (Memenuhi dan melepasi sasaran jualan individu dan kedai untuk mencapai insentif yang lebih besar.)
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for repeated returning customers.

    (Memastikan kepuasan dan membina hubungan jangka panjang bagi mendapatkan pelanggan kembali yang berulang.)
  7. Ensure products and displays are neatly arranged, correctly priced, and visually appealing.

    (Memastikan produk dan paparan disusun dengan kemas, diletakkan harga dengan betul, dan menarik secara visual.)
  8. Hiring of Sales Advisors to build a strong, well-rounded sales focused team towards achieving sales targets.

    (Membentuk team Sales Advisor yang kuat, berkemahiran, dan berorientasikan pencapaian sasaran jualan.)
  9. Compliance with company set SOPs including Stock Check, Daily Operations and Sales Targets.

    (Mematuhi SOP (Prosedur Operasi Standard) yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat termasuk Pengiraan Stok (Stock Check), Operasi Harian, dan Sasaran Jualan.)

What Are The Qualifications?

  • Experience in Sales Oriented Team Management is a must.

  • Sales Driven to encourage the team towards achieving Sales Goals together.

  • Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
