Robotic System Operation:
Program, calibrate, and operate robotic painting equipment.
Set up and adjust robots for different product specifications and paint processes.
Monitor and adjust paint flow, atomization, and robotic paths to ensure optimal application.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and adjustments to robotic systems,
including arms, nozzles, and conveyors.
Troubleshoot issues with robots, paint systems, and associated equipment to minimize downtime.
Replace worn or damaged parts and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Quality Control:
Ensure paint thickness, finish quality, and color uniformity meet company standards.
Conduct visual inspections and utilize measurement tools to verify paint quality.
Implement process adjustments to improve efficiency and maintain consistent quality.
Process Optimization:
Work with production engineers to improve robotic painting processes, enhance cycle times, and reduce waste.
Implement adjustments to robot programs to optimize paint application and coverage.
Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process performance.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols related to working with robotic systems, hazardous materials, and paint chemicals.
Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations, including VOC emissions and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of robot programs, maintenance logs, and quality reports.
Report on equipment status, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control.

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
