About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Process/System Analyst Intern
to support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives in the factory. The intern will assist in
digitalizing work processes
through the use of
Microsoft Power Platform tools
— including
PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Query
— to enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing existing manual or semi-manual processes to identify areas for digital improvement.
• Develop and deploy
  PowerApps solutions
  to automate and simplify factory operations.
• Build and maintain
  Power BI dashboards
  for real-time data monitoring and performance tracking.
• Utilize
  Power Query
  to clean, transform, and integrate operational data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to understand workflow requirements.
• Support system testing, documentation, and user training for new digital tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a
  Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  in
  Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
  .
• Basic understanding or coursework in
  data analytics, automation tools, or process improvement
  .
• Familiarity with
  Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Query)
  is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
• Willing to relocate or work in Johor
  during the internship period.
