Responsibilities

• Deliver to day-to-day work streams related to IT SOX compliance and application/infrastructure controls
• Work with IT System owners to ensure quality, consistency, and operability of new and existing controls.
• Review control evidence for adherence to accuracy, completeness, and precision of control execution
• Provide timely updates and status of work in BAT audit and compliance the various operation tracking tool
• Perform analysis and impact assessment on SOx data and reports
• Participate in SOx Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operational Effectiveness (OE) testing of Access SOx controls.
• Manage compliance discussion and escalation within internal stakeholders. Work with service owners and 3rd party vendors to resolve / manage compliance remediations.
• Manage and evergreen internal operation documentation
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Review operational and test findings and escalate possible critical issues to Compliance Manager.

Essential Experience:

• Proficient in excel and data analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills with an ability to understand and summarize complex information
• Experience flowcharting business processes and writing process narratives
• Comfortable working on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Able to plan and manage own workload including delivery to deadlines
• Perseverance in following up and ensuring all necessary actions are acted on
• Ability to work independently under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment

Nice to have experience:

• Working experience or exposure to SOx compliance or audit
• Experience in operation or managing internal process and compliance controls against defined IT processes
• Exposure to IT identity management solution is preferred
