As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of store associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations
  • Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, making recommendations to improve profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensure store policies, procedures and safety standards are consistently upheld
  • Support the store manager in driving sales, maximising productivity and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training and development to build a high-performing team

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service supervisory role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both customers and team members
  • Passion for providing an outstanding customer experience and driving sales
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business
