Onshore Nurse

Educational Required:

Diploma in Nursing (Minimum), candidates with a Bachelor or Masters degree is preferred

Job Description :

• Play a key role in supporting the site by providing emergency healthcare services to employees and managing all aspects of clinical and medical operations within the site clinic, including medical evacuation support.
• Conduct clinical consultations and deliver high-quality medical care to patients.
• Supervise patient triage and clinic operations, provide first aid, and manage minor illnesses.
• Deliver primary outpatient care and basic emergency treatment to stabilize patients, perform limited diagnostic procedures, and coordinate ambulance transfers to designated medical facilities when required.
• Provide nursing consultations and identify cases that need referral to the Occupational Health Doctor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all medical cases and ensure proper record management.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager (Medical Services), Medical Director, or Occupational Health Doctor.

• Computer literate
• Compassionate
• Excellent nursing assessment skills, including but not limited to obtaining vital signs, documentation, blood taking, administering first aid treatment for minor and major injuries, and ability to confidently and independently manage an emergency case.
• Ability to communicate well, good interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and adaptive

Experiences:

• 5 years of working in the hospital or industry

Others:

• Registered Nurse - Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
• Basic Life Support Certificate
• Advanced Life Support Certificate, or Occupational Health Nurse will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
