  • Participate in monthly financial and operation performance closing
  • Prepare monthly analysis results to direct reporting Manager and Site Financial Controller (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines)
  • Prepare the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control)
  • Participate as part of the team in budget and 5 year plan preparation
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis upon request from management
  • Pre-validate investment ROI for submission of investment approvals to management
  • Ensure the deployment of standard tools from HQ within the site
  • Applying Group Ethics & Compliance program and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo's policies
  • Direct interface with Statutory & Taxation Managers and SSC for statutory and taxation matters
  • Support Statutory and Taxation Managers for statutory audit and tax submissions with local auditors and tax consultants
  • At least 1 year experience in FP&A and/or Accounting, preferably with exposure to Audit and/or Taxation
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
  • Analytical and systematic working style, strong implementation skills and good understanding of numbers
  • Business fluent English skills

Mission:

-Team member of the management control team at site level (Reporting, Headquarters, P2/P1 and business controller)

-Contribute to MTP, Budget, Reporting processes

-Contributes to understand and validate the financial performance

-Ensures reliability of financial statements (MAF/IFRS rules compliance)

-Ensure the interface between Group/BG/PG/PL and Operations in scheduling, and tool deployment

-Is the controlling interface at his/her perimeter for Intra-group management requests

-Management control support for the site
