Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in relevant diploma level subjects
  2. Prepare teaching materials and assessments in line with MoHE/MQA standards.
  3. Supervise student projects and monitor academic progress.
  4. Contribute to curriculum review and course improvement.
  5. Ensure alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
  6. Participate in institutional academic audits and quality enhancement initiatives.
  7. Attend departmental/faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  8. Assist in student recruitment activities (open days, school visits).
  9. Build and maintain industry links for student internships and collaborative projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum Degree in the relevant field (Business/Law/TESL/Social Work/Sociology and Anthropology/Forensic)
  • Preferred Master's Degree
  • Teaching experience in higher education is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MoHE, MQA, and institutional academic policies.
  • Knowledge in preparation Table 4 and JSU is essential
