JOB DETAILS

Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance on lorries and excavators.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Repair and replace faulty parts such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, hydraulic systems, and undercarriage components.
Conduct breakdown repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure all vehicles and machinery comply with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, spare parts usage, and service schedules.
Coordinate with supervisors regarding major repairs, spare parts requirements, and machine conditions.
Keep tools, workshop area, and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
Follow company safety procedures, SOPs, and environmental regulations at all times.
Provide basic guidance to operators on proper machine handling and daily checks.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a mechanic for lorries and/or excavators.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment maintenance.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and service instructions.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions.
Willing to work overtime or on standby when required.
Possession of a valid driving license (GDL is an added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
