Candidate is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Software Development

  2. Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on business requirements.

  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

  4. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure software reliability and performance.

  5. Testing and Quality Assurance

  6. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to maintain software quality.

  7. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure bug-free software releases.

  8. Collaboration and Teamwork

  9. Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement software features.

  10. Participate in software development processes, including planning and daily stand-ups.

  11. Documentation and Maintenance

  12. Write technical documentation, including software specifications and user guides.

  13. Maintain and update existing software applications as needed.

  14. Research and Innovation

  15. Stay up to date with the latest software development trends and technologies.

  16. Suggest improvements and implement best practices to enhance software performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in web technologies such as C#, Java, Java EE, JSP, Servlets, XML, SQL, Javascript, Spring MVC, HTML and CSS.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Personality: Positive Working Attitude, Creative Innovative, Responsible and Dedicated.
  • Familiar with Eclipse IDE, MySql, Java or C Sharp.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN Tortoise ).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
