Diagnose and Troubleshoot Technical Issues:

  • Analyze, identify, and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions to improve diagnostic processes.

Product and Operational Support:

  • Provide comprehensive technical assistance to internal and external operational teams.
  • Act as a product expert to guide teams in the optimal use of Safe Truck's systems and equipment.

Customer Assistance:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve technical challenges.
  • Offer a high level of customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Field Technician Interaction:

  • Collaborate with field technicians to address complex technical issues both on-site and off-site.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to ensure successful problem resolution.

Maintenance and Provision of Technical Tools:

  • Manage and maintain technical tools, equipment, and accessories necessary for support activities.
  • Ensure availability and functionality of all tools to facilitate efficient operations.

After-Hours Support:

  • Participate in the on-call schedule to provide occasional after-hours technical support as per company policies.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree in engineering / Information Technologies or any relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in the GPS/IT sector.

Skills:

Good knowledge in Computer literate (MS Office/ Excel). Good knowledge in automotive/engineering and customer service. Fluent in mandarin language as have to deal with chinese supplier

Others:

Having a valid driving license & transport. Good physical and mental health condition with normal physical mobility and not under any dependency on any long term medication or treatment.

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
