Job Description:

  1. Prepare Mise en Place 3-day advance in a proper manner following production plan.
  2. Prepare and submit Daily Kitchen Closing Checklist to CDP on a daily basis.
  3. Be profitable, responsible and cost conscious about the daily requisitioning of all goods.
  4. Assist and substitute CDP on day to day running of assigned kitchen's duties.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality industry.
  3. Knowledge of budgeting, HALAL, HACCP and Food Safety. Has valid Typhoid Vaccine and Food Handling Course Certificate.
  4. Willing to 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.
