As Team Leader / Trainer, you'll drive nationwide sales, optimize field force deployment, and uphold brand excellence.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Team Leader / Trainer to strengthen the Nationwide Field Force. This role involves optimizing brand presence, improving sales performance, and providing coaching and training to a network of field representatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to drive retail execution, ensuring impactful customer engagement and sell-out growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assign, and manage capable Field Force across key outlets to strengthen brand visibility and sales performance.
• Allocate and relocate Field Force to maximize return on investment and improve store execution.
• Assist in setting monthly sell-out targets, monitor progress, and report results to management.
• Work with dealers and Field Force agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously coach, guide, and train Field Force to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure product displays, stocking shelves, and store merchandising align with brand standards and planogram guidelines.
• Conduct competitor surveys, provide strategic recommendations, and implement improvements to drive sell-out growth.
• Conduct routine store visits to evaluate Field Force execution and overall retail conditions.
• Support roadshows, promotional events, and in-store activations to boost visibility and sales.
• Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures while preparing sales reports and analysis for management.
• Provide feedback to refine strategies and strengthen nationwide field operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in sales, merchandising, or field force management.
• Comfortable with technology-driven operations in retail environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and operational planning skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, think critically, and drive improvements in execution.
• Willingness to travel outstation to support nationwide field operations.
