Production Superintendent

• Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to achieve daily and monthly production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet demand.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work on Shift.
