About the role

We are seeking an experienced Smartphone Technician to join our team in our Shah Alam, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services for a wide range of smartphone models.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and identify faults with smartphones
  2. Perform repairs and maintenance on smartphones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting
  3. Provide excellent customer service and advice to customers
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all repair work carried out
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest smartphone technologies and repair techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a smartphone technician, with a strong understanding of smartphone hardware and software
  2. Excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  3. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  5. Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
