Work you'll do:

You will be part of Deloitte Southeast Asia's Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence team which provides impactful supports in delivering recruitment strategy and execution to our fast-growing management consulting practice. You will give the best-in-class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates. 

You will:

Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.Draft and review employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Assist TA team in managing pre-onboarding process for new hires.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information, updates, and guidance.Ensure the integrity and quality of candidate data within the ATS and Operations-related reports.Participate in TA projects/ initiatives focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive operational excellence,

Requirements:

You are someone with:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.2+ years of coordination and administration experience within TA function.Experience with SuccessFactors or other Application Tracking system is a plus.Detailed-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.Organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to plan ahead.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
