About the role

Join the dynamic team at E&E DENTAL CLINIC' as a Dental Surgery Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be an integral part of our dental practice, providing essential support to our experienced dentists and ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic in Johor Bahru, Johor.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting dentists during dental procedures by passing instruments, holding equipment, and maintaining a sterile and organised work environment
  • Preparing treatment rooms by sterilising instruments and setting up equipment before each patient visit
  • Providing exceptional patient care by greeting patients, managing patient records, and ensuring a comfortable experience
  • Carrying out basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining inventory
  • Continuously enhancing your skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Flexibility to work within the clinic's operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends
