We are hiring a
Senior Software Engineer
to bridge
AI capabilities and real-world solutions
.

In this role,
AI Engineers build the AI engine
(models, agents, APIs), while
you build the simple front-end interface, integration layer, and demo experience
that clearly demonstrates the AI value.

You will work in a
small, fast-moving team (2–3 people)
and collaborate closely with
ecosystem partners and customers
to guide them in building complete, production-ready AI solutions together.

This role is highly hands-on, requiring the ability to
design quickly, build clearly, and explain effectively
.

Key Responsibilities

Demo & Concept Enablement

  • Design and build
    simple, intuitive front-end interfaces
    (web UI, dashboards, or demo apps) to showcase AI capabilities.
  • Rapidly turn AI APIs into
    working demos and PoCs
    that clearly explain the concept and business value.
  • Focus on
    clarity over complexity
    — demos should be easy for partners and customers to understand and extend.
  • Work closely with AI Engineers to consume AI APIs and present them in real-world scenarios.

AI Solution Integration

  • Design and implement
    integration layers
    connecting:
  • AI Agents and AI APIs
  • messaging, events, and engagement services
  • Partner and customer systems
  • Build backend services, APIs, middleware, and workflows to support demo and production use cases.
  • Implement clean data and event flows using REST APIs, webhooks, and messaging systems.

Partner & Customer Co-Build

  • Guide ecosystem partners (Reseller, SI, Service, ISV) and customers to
    extend demos into full end-to-end solutions
    .
  • Explain architecture, data flow, and integration patterns in a clear and practical way.
  • Support joint design workshops, demo sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Help partners adopt best practices to move from demo → pilot → production.

Production Readiness

  • Ensure demos are
    production-aware
    (scalable architecture, security basics, observability).
  • Support partners in hardening solutions for production environments.
  • Troubleshoot integration and system-level issues across demo and live systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience as a
    Software Engineer
    (frontend + backend or full-stack).
  • Proven ability to
    build simple UIs and demos quickly
    .
  • Solid experience in
    system integration and API consumption
    .
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, , Java, or Go).
  • Working experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in
    small teams with high ownership
    .
  • Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to partners and customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building
    AI demo applications
    using LLMs, RAG, OCR, or AI Agents.
  • Familiarity with
    enterprise messaging or customer engagement platforms
    .
  • Experience working with
    SI/ISV partners
    or in ecosystem-driven delivery models.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native deployment and CI/CD.
