Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries related to e-channels, cash, and trade products.
  • Assist with account management and online transaction processing.
  • Provide training and guidance on e-banking functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as login, payment, and account-related concerns.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
  • Support client service managers with presentation materials and internal reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, security protocols, and regulatory changes.

Strategic & Financial Impact:

  • Contribute to embedding MUFG in clients' transaction flows.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support financial targets through effective client servicing.

Client & Control Focus:

  • Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as first-level support for daily client queries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in coordination with other departments.
  • Build product knowledge to enhance client support.
  • Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
