About the role

ZUL AMIN & CO' is seeking an Audit Executive to join our dynamic team in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality audit services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive audits to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial records and statements
  2. Identifying potential areas of risk and making recommendations for process improvements
  3. Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients
  4. Collaborating with the broader audit team to ensure efficient and effective audit procedures
  5. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
  6. Providing support to more senior members of the audit team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a professional services firm
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and relevant regulations
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  6. Effective communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
