JR Executive (Accounting)

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare payment to supplier upon due for payment.
  • Perform bank reconcilation, cheques, and balances as against amounts in the ledger.
  • To ensure correct GL code has been entered into system based on nature of purchase.
  • To prepare the creditor's statement reconciliation and reconciliation inter company.
  • To assist stock take preparation report & checking purchase part price into stock take report.
  • Assist with any other task commensurate with this job as and when assigned by the management.
  • To prepare the staff claim.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year experience in related fields.
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Accounting software - AutoCount (training will be given)
