Position: Senior Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kepong, KL

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding and social media
  • strategies to elevate the Clinic's online presence
  • Create compelling, visually-striking content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn & etc.
  • Manage and monitor our social media platforms, engaging with our audience and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points
  • Analyse social media metrics and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise our strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend innovative ways to enhance our online engagement
  • Support the development and maintenance of our website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identityRequirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, bonus if within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding and social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for content creation and audience engagement
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create captivating, on-brand content
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and think
  • strategically to achieve business goals
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Working Days: 5 days' work, Mon to Fri

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
