Job description:

  • Assisting in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and material take-offs
  • Supporting tendering, procurement, and contract administration
  • Preparing and reviewing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and verify claims
  • Help negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records of project expenses and contracts
  • Assisting with cost-saving and risk management efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant professional qualifications
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Work location: Cheng, Melaka
  • 5 working days per week (Monday - Friday)
