Job Title: Retail Staff (Promotion Path to Store Manager)

Location: GMBB Bukit Bintang

Work Hours: 11am to 7:30pm, 6 days a week

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team. You'll be part of a fast-growing company dedicated to spreading the love for Gunpla and the art of model building.

This role offers hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, inventory, and merchandising — with the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position based on performance and dedication.


Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and recommendations.
  • Maintain store displays, cleanliness, and organized inventory.
  • Handle cash register and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
  • Process online orders, packing, and stock updates when needed.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice on Gunpla kits, tools, and paints.
  • Manage stock levels, restocks, and assist with new arrivals.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities (events, workshops, social media posts).
  • Report directly to management and help coordinate daily retail operations.

Requirements
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy (Shopee, POS systems, inventory updates).
  • Willingness to learn retail operations and management skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage, but not required.

  • Passion for Gunpla, Gundam, and model kits (knowledge of Bandai products is a plus).
