Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily warehouse administration activities including receiving, storage, packing, scheduling deliveries and discrepancies reporting.
  • Plan warehouse operations adhering to company policies and operating standards.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in quantities of stocks at warehouse.
  • Plan, organize and verify on quantities and quality check (QC) of incoming stocks.
  • Ensure stocks are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Check and update merchandisers on slow-moving stocks regularly.
  • Update operations and merchandising team on defective stocks and handle accordingly.
  • Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and delivery orders are filed and stored properly.
  • General housekeeping and safety / equipment in the warehouse are in good condition.
  • Assist management on building safety and maintenance works.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those in the team, as well as cross-functionally.
  • Drive initiatives in the warehouse team that contributes to long-term operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least high school qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping.
  • Knowledge of proper inventory management.
  • Familiar with stock room or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication in english or bahasa or mandarin.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
  • Computer literate with skills to operate common office equipment.
  • Must be organized and punctual, self-starter, initiative.
  • Strong team player with high commitment, integrity and professionalism & result oriented.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
