We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Location: Sunway Subang Business Park, Subang, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

  • Plan and produce daily content (photos, videos, copywriting) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and X.
  • Generate creative ideas based on current trends (trending sounds, memes, campaign moments).

2. Social Media Management

  • Schedule posts according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience feedback.
  • Manage Live Streaming (TikTok Live / IG Live).

3. Brand & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns / promotions.
  • Work closely with the creative & production team to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage influencer / KOL collaborations (research, shortlist, follow-up).

4. Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, conversion, and growth.
  • Analyze data and recommend content or strategy improvements.

5. Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
  • Propose new content ideas to maximize engagement and visibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant experience.
  • At least 1 years in relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • The knowledge of handling camera.
  • Up to date with new concepts and creative ideas.
  • Good knowledge in social media's algorhythm and behaviors.
  • Ability to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time,

Salary: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media / content creation
  • Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, up-to-date, and able to work within tight timelines.
  • Understanding of platforms such as TikTok, IG Reels, and Ads Manager is a bonus.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
