About the role

Persist Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator (Mandarin) to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content to support our digital marketing and social media strategies. This is a full-time position based in Pandan Indah, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Create original and compelling content in Mandarin for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to their interests and preferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute effective content strategies
  • Optimise content for search engine visibility and engagement
  • Monitor content performance and analyse data to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the digital marketing or social media industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and proficient in English
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing content that resonates with target audiences
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO best practices, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
