Procurement Clerk (Trilingual: Chinese, English, Malay) Recruitment
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily processing of purchase orders, including order placement, follow-up, confirmation and coordination of abnormal situations, to ensure the smooth progress of the procurement process.
Assist the procurement manager in supplier development, communication and maintenance, establish good cooperative relationships, collect supplier quotations, qualification documents and other information, and organize and file them.
Be responsible for the organization and management of procurement-related documents, including contracts, invoices, delivery notes, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of materials.
Follow up the arrival of materials, communicate with the warehouse and production department in a timely manner, and handle matters such as arrival differences, returns and exchanges.
Assist in completing procurement cost accounting and data analysis, and provide support for relevant procurement reports.
Be responsible for trilingual communication (Chinese, English, Malay) with domestic and foreign suppliers, and handle email communication, telephone communication and business docking work.
Complete other auxiliary work related to procurement assigned by superiors.
Educational background: College degree or above, major in Procurement Management, International Trade, Business English is preferred.
Language proficiency: Proficient in Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, native or bilingual level), English (proficient in business communication, email writing and document translation), and Malay (able to conduct daily work communication, reading and basic written expression smoothly). Candidates with practical experience in using the three languages are preferred.
Work experience: 1-2 years of relevant procurement work experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or excellent language skills are also considered.
Professional skills: Familiar with procurement processes and basic knowledge of supply chain, with basic business negotiation awareness; proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT); experience in using procurement management systems is a plus.
Qualities: Serious and responsible in work, careful and rigorous; with good communication and coordination skills, execution ability and team spirit; strong pressure resistance, able to handle multi-task work efficiently.
Others: Possess good professional ethics and no bad work records.
