Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Summary

The Junior Marketing Communications Executive supports the Marketing & Communications Department in executing marketing, branding, and digital initiatives. The role involves hands-on work in creative design, content development, digital marketing, and event coordination to strengthen Tung Shin Hospital's visibility, engagement, and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, newsletters, and digital materials.
  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, hospital events, and community programs.
  • Manage and update social media platforms and website content, including content creation, scheduling, and basic analytics.
  • Handle photography, videography, and simple editing for communication and promotional purposes.
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in compiling marketing performance reports and maintaining content archives.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to Tung Shin Hospital's branding and communication guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in graphic design and digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools).
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Creative, organised, and proactive with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
