Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Advisor, based in Gombak. The Takaful Advisor will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs, providing tailored Takaful solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, managing portfolios, assisting customers with claims, and delivering exceptional service to help them achieve financial security and protection. The role also includes continuous professional development to stay updated on financial products and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning, problem-solving, and providing customized Takaful solutions.
• Sales and negotiation experience, with the ability to identify potential opportunities
• Knowledge of risk management, insurance, or financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and goal-oriented behavior.
• Proficiency in relevant languages and familiarity with local cultural and economic landscape are beneficial.
