About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair of laboratory instruments, medical devices, and sports performance equipment. This role involves performing troubleshooting, calibration, user training, and technical support to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform servicing, repair, and installation of laboratory, medical, and sports equipment and etc.
  2. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
  3. Troubleshoot equipment faults and provide technical solutions effectively.
  4. Support customers by providing user training and on-site technical assistance.
  5. Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
  6. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for spare parts or technical issues.
  8. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and technical interventions.
  9. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  3. Knowledge and experience in equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
  4. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  6. Willing to learn, work in flexible time and hardworking.
  7. Possess a valid driving license (D) and willing to travel offsite when required.
  8. Good in computer knowledge, Microsoft Office.
  9. Good in communication and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
