Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies.
Develop and implement creative communication messages to execute brand strategy.
Develop messages and visuals for all marketing communication materials for both digital and traditional activities
Support the sales team to develop brand campaigns and marketing materials on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Coordinate training, knowledge sharing and practical demonstration with the customers.
Organize and oversee launching activities of new outlets.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction, performing customer relationship management.
Monitor progress of campaigns or projects using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Represent the company in all dealings with the company's appointed marketing agency as well as contributing creative input.
Collaborate with the management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Undertake ad-hoc tacks when requires.

Job Specification:

Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in hardware or relevant industries.
Preferable with having experience in branding, content creation, and lead generation.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Creative and have great communication skill with a good command of English and copy-writing skills.
Strong leadership quality, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficient in English, Malay and (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
