The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.

In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.

Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, and emergency handling of company dormitories, office areas, and production-related facilities. Ensure that electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and other facilities operate safely and reliably, supporting employees' daily living and smooth production operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of facilities in dormitories, office areas, and workshops, including electrical wiring, lighting, sockets, plumbing, valves, and basic equipment.
• Install, commission, inspect, repair, and replace electrical, lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing equipment in dormitories and office areas.
• Respond promptly to dormitory repair requests, such as water leaks, power outages, or equipment malfunctions, ensuring normal usage by employees.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, identify potential hazards, and take immediate corrective actions or report them.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and related documents to ensure traceability of maintenance activities.
• Assist vendors or external contractors with major repairs or renovation projects.
• Comply with safety procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities during maintenance work.

What We Are Looking For

• Possess a relevant electrician certification (e.g., Sijil Kompetensi / Wireman License).
• 1–5 years of experience in facility maintenance within manufacturing or property management. Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with production line electrical equipment, distribution systems, PLC control, and automation equipment is a plus.
• Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, plumbing, valves, lighting, and air conditioning systems; capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common faults.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and hands-on skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate effectively with employees and vendors.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional setting.
