About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team at Fong Tak Oil Palm Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Pekan Nanas Johor. As our Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our company through various administrative and clerical duties.
What you'll be doing
- Performing accurate data entry and word processing tasks
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and able to prioritise tasks effectively
