• Welcome new residents and conduct orientation/induction.

• Handle complaints or issues raised by residents.
• Ensure residents follow dormitory rules and regulations.

3. Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of residents, room allocations, and attendance.
• Report incidents, maintenance issues, or emergencies to management.
• Assist with periodic inspections and audits.

4. Coordination & Support

• Liaise with management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Assist in organizing activities or events for residents.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper facilities are maintained.

5. Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to emergencies (medical, fire, security).
• Maintain first aid and emergency contact procedures.
