Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Hardware and Software support both locally and remotely and escalating appropriately.
  • Be the first point of contact for all support or service calls on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Complete Daily Operations and manage all calls in accordance to the service desk process and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Superior is notified of any on-going faults and training
  • To be involved in projects related to Infra, and general application support.
  • Performs other related duties as and when directed by Superior - Provide support and set up for presentations and video conferencing both on and off site.
  • Communication and liaison with IT vendors and suppliers
  • Make recommendations for all IT related purchases needed for the entire organization
  • Managing user's expectations - Provide good customer service at all times striving to exceed client and business expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin language for both spoken and written
  • No work experience required.
