About the Role:

We're looking for a responsible and organized Sales Admin Support to assist our Sales and Key Account teams. This role manages the end-to-end client setup process and provides strong coordination between Sales, Finance, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Setup & Coordination

  • Handle the end-to-end process for new client onboarding and setup.
  • Ensure all required information, documents, and approvals are accurate and complete.
  • Update and maintain client records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Liaise with Finance to confirm correct billing, payment, and reporting details.
  • Follow up on leads, client information, and pending tasks as needed.
  • Stay informed about new product updates and company services to support sales efforts.

Sales & Account Support

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Executives and Key Account Managers.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate appointments or meetings with prospects when required.
  • Support communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help identify and resolve issues related to data, or client accounts promptly.

Data & Reporting

  • Conduct basic sales analysis and prepare accurate, timely reports for management.
  • Maintain up-to-date records to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and system accuracy.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum SPM above.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills are a must.
  • Prepared to challenge, willingness to learn, using initiative & responsibility.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Attention to details.
  • Language (s): English and Mandarin.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience coordinating with Finance or handling client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Key Account Support, or related administrative roles, fresh grad or no experience are welcome to apply.
