Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and prepare artwork provided by clients to ensure files are print-ready and meet production specifications.
  • Handle prepress tasks, including file checking, layout adjustments, and final artwork (FA) preparation.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to develop and refine designs according to client requirements.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to clients where necessary, offering solutions that align with their brand and marketing objectives.
  • Organize and prepare drafts for large printing projects or book manuscripts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all materials.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in handling print orders and coordinate with the Singapore HQ team to ensure timely production.
  • Provide support and coverage for other designers when required.
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify artwork details, resolve file issues, or advise on print specifications.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requirements to facilitate the sales process, providing timely and personalized assistance to address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a printing company or prepress environment.
  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Printing Technology (or related field).
  • MUST be fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Intermediate to Advanced).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills — able to interact professionally with clients.
  • Creative mindset — ability to propose visual improvements will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Candidates with strong performance and leadership potential may be considered for future promotion.
