Responsibilities:

  • Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in timely manner.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment.
  • Ensuring that KPI are monitored and target achieved.
  • Oversee production efficiency while resources met maximize usage.
  • Conducting performance appraise, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
  • Supervising junior staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
  • Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
  • To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product are produced good quality.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience and background in manufacturing operations.
  • 3 years of education in secondary level.
  • Preferably possess ISO standard knowledge and Electronic & Electrical background.
  • Able to work in team and aptitude to work alone.
  • Able to support overtime when required.
  • Good in spoken & written English, Chinese and Malay.
